Our goal here at U-PIC is to make your claims experience as fast and painless as possible. With U-PIC Insurance, you submit the paperwork required via email, fax, or mail and a decision is made on the claim within 7-10 business days. Want to file a claim?
You may file a claim in three different ways:
1. You can file a claim online at www.u-pic.com. Make sure to have your client ID and name of your account.
2. You may submit a claim by faxing the required documents to 818-971-3325.
3. You can also mail all required claim documents to:

Want to file a claim for a lost/damaged USPS parcel? Just provide the following:
1. U-PIC Claim Form
2. Proof of Value
3. Signed Statement from Consignee
Want to file a claim for a lost/damaged UPS/FedEx/DHL/LTL parcel? Just provide the following:
1. U-PIC Claim Form
2. Proof of Value
3. Copy of the carrier's settlement check *if applicable
